• All Employees: Employees seeking to obtain or renew ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS, CPR and Heartsaver CPR First Aid clinical certifications can enroll to attend classes through Symplr Net Learning. See the registration guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enroll.

• Advanced Practice Providers: RWJBH delivers a best-in-class experience for our APPs where you are respected as an essential part of the healthcare team. In support of your continued professional development, we offer a robust program of continuing medical education (CME) and continuing education unit (CEU) expense reimbursement. Institute for Nursing Excellence

The Institute for Nursing Excellence is dedicated to building and sustaining a nursing workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve.  From nursing students to experienced nurses, we provide a variety of resources to help clinicians expand their knowledge and improve their practice.  Through continuous learning and innovation, we strive to improve patient outcomes and enhance access to care by:

• Standardizing practices to reduce redundancy and promote consistency
