RWJBarnabas Health offers RWJBH Virtual Care through MyChart, connecting RWJBH medical plan enrolled members with RWJBH providers for convenient, high-quality care for urgent but non-emergency health concerns. To help ensure timely access, KeyCare providers may be available as a supplemental option during periods of higher demand or when RWJBH Virtual Care services are accessed after 11 p.m. RWJBH Virtual Care for pediatrics will continue to be provided by KeyCare 24/7.

What is MyChart?
MyChart, powered by Epic, is a secure online platform that helps you stay connected to your healthcare. With MyChart, you can schedule appointments, view test results, message your care team and manage your health records all in one convenient app. You can also access via the webpage.
RWJBH Virtual Care can only be accessed through RWJBH’s MyChart. To learn more, visit mychart.rwjbh.org.
Steps to Access RWJBH Virtual Care Services
- If you have MyChart: Simply log in to MyChart and select ‘RWJBH Virtual Care’ from the menu. Click here for instructions on how to start a RWJBH Virtual Care visit in MyChart.
- If you don’t have a MyChart account, visit mychart.rwjbh.org/MyChart/Signup to create your account. Once registered, log in to access RWJBH Virtual Care.
- If you have questions or need assistance setting up MyChart, please contact MyChart Support by calling 833.764.3570.
What if I am not enrolled in the RWJBH medical plan?
Employees (spouses and dependents) who are not enrolled in the RWJBH Medical Plan can access virtual non-urgent care through our RWJBH Medical Group providers by booking an appointment and choosing the telemedicine option in MyChart.
