Transitional Accrual
Please click on the video below if you received a paid time off changes letter that indicates your total paid time off in your current plan exceeds what you’d be receiving in the new plan and, as such, you will be receiving a transitional accrual to ensure your total paid time off remains unchanged for up to the next five years.
More Time Off
Please click on the video below if you received a paid time off changes letter indicating that under the new harmonized plan, you will receive more total paid time off than you do in your current plan.
Not Directly Impacted
Please click on the video below if you received a paid time off changes letter indicating one of the following scenarios:
- Your time off will continue to be governed by your specific arrangement for time away from work and will not change as a result of this initiative.
- You are an employee in an accrual-based plan who joined the organization on or after 7/1/25.
- You are a part-time employee currently ineligible for time off benefits.
