We know our employees are unique – that’s why we offer you the freedom to select quality medical plan options that work best for you and your family. Employees can choose from three medical plans administered by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.
You and your family will always get the highest quality care when choosing providers within the RWJBarnabas Health system. OMNIA members receive care at no cost when using an RWJBH (“Premier”) facility or provider. Direct Access members can also save. - Out-of-Area Plan (NOTE: only available to employees living outside of the RWJBarnabas Health service area)
