We are committed to continuously enhancing the benefits we offer our employees. As part of this ongoing effort, RWJBarnabas Health has partnered with Care.com, a leading online service connecting families with local caregivers. This enhanced solution replaces the Back-Up Care program from Bright Horizons.

All benefit-eligible employees will have access to Care.com’s extensive online network for finding and managing care for children, adults, pets, home and more. Membership for Care.com will be 100% paid by RWJBarnabas Health.

• Their purpose is to help families at each stage of care, whether it’s care for your newborn to allow you to work, finding a sitter for date night with your partner, taking your pet for a walk when you’re running late, or care for your elderly parent, Care.com is there to help.
• You’ll have unlimited online access to an extensive network for finding and booking short-term and ongoing care. You can post jobs, search, and reach out to local caregivers 24/7 to find care.
• Experienced Care Specialists are available to help you find solutions for life’s daily challenges and major decisions with 24/7, 1:1 support and guidance that meets your needs, from child and senior care to college planning and more.​​
